To enhance this picture all I did was fix the saturation, brightness, and contrast of the photo. Then I cropped and straighten the image

From Above 

To enhance this picture I cropped some distracting background out, used the straighten toll against the cement block. Then I used the spot healing tool to make an attempt at getting rid of the thin branches. Also I change the saturation, contrast, and brightness
